Complimentary Project Estimating
At Northway Irrigation, we consider the preliminary homeowner meeting to be one of the most vital parts of the overall project installation. We think it is important to come out to your home, introduce ourselves and discuss what you want in an irrigation system. After we get your system specifications and describe what is available to you, we then walk your yard. We will measure the property; look at slopes, landscapes and sun interaction to determine how the system should be constructed. After we compose a detailed description of the property and put together a material take-off, we then bid the project accordingly. All these services are “on the house” and considered to be part of the installation.

Layout & Design
Northway Irrigation has 24+ years of experience installing residential and commercial irrigation systems. We can determine the best layout for your lawn to be irrigated properly. Whether your property is new or existing, we can match an irrigation system to your landscape needs. From watering small flower beds to open acreage, we have a design that will specifically fit your needs.

From Spring Start-Ups to Fall Winterizations
Spring start-ups, fall winterizations and everything in between. Northway Irrigation has a dedicated service staff that handles all sorts of services and water management issues. We have the all the equipment and tools to service your irrigation system efficiently and completely, all at very competitive rates. Check out our service plan details for more information.

Pond Start-Ups
Our Pond Maintenance Plans have been designed to make it easy for our homeowners to procure knowledgeable, reliable and quality pond services by using Northway irrigation. All we need from you is water and electricity. Pond clean-out is a process where you remove the water from the pond and clean all of the dirt and debris. Most ponds get shut down in the winter and are "re-started" in the spring.  Parts and treatments are not included. Our Pond Spring Clean-Out & Start-Up includes:

• Disconnect the plumbing
• Remove leaves and debris from the pond
• Remove heaters or aerators
• Pond draining
• Pressure wash entire pond
• Check for leaks
• Cleaning and reinstallation of pond pump
• Cleaning and reinstallation of filters, replace if needed
• Cleaning and reinstallation of UV Bulbs, change bulbs if needed
• Fill pond with home water supply
• Check water chemistry and adjust as needed
• Test pond keep fill valve, if any
