The following three services can be purchased as single service or packaged together as part of one of our service plans. Each service is listed along with what we address when we come out to your home or business.

START-UP: Start up and inspection of system:
• Inspect backflow prevention device
• Turn water on
• Pressurize mainline
• Electric valve test
• Inspect each head
• Set controller for spring
• Turn irrigation system on

WINTERIZATION: "Blow out" of the irrigation system; opening valves, and turning off controller:
• Turn off main irrigation water supply line
• Compressed air blow out through main line and lateral (zone) lines
• Winterize backflow prevention device
• Turn off controller

MID-SEASON CHECK: Summertime adjustment and inspection of system:
• Inspect each head
• Electric valve test
• Set controller for current weather conditions

As our current customers know, all of our service plans can be purchased together. Though the plan names have changed, the same great services are always included. Below is a list of the five service plans and a detail of their inclusions. The service plan structure we have in place can be custom built to your liking. For example, if you just want one of the single services, like a start-up or winterization, that is OK. You can also add any amount of mid-season checks to suit your landscape and budget. We have many commercial accounts that require us to revisit their irrigation system weekly, in an effort to conserve water, to make any necessary adjustments and set the controller.

Combo
This is the most popular plan we offer. It is the very same plan that we have had for 24 years. It is simply a start-up and winterization.

Silver Plan
This plan includes a start-up, one mid-season check and a winterization. We do this in July.

Gold Plan
This plan consists of a start-up, three mid-season checks and a winterization. The checkups take place in the months of June, July and August.

Platinum Plan
This plan consists of a startup, five checkups and winterization. During the months of June, July and August, we will check your system every three weeks to make sure it is working at peak performance.

Bronze Plan
This plan includes a mid-season check and a winterization. The homeowner, under the details of this plan, starts the irrigation system when they want to.
